I came across a post on this blog that really did shock me. It is written about the CIA and their methods of interrogation. Apparently, they interrogate ‘terror suspects’ by playing out all kinds of horrible psychological torture which even includes the use of hand guns and power drills.

There I was, thinking that the Western world was a civilised place. If ‘authorities’ behave like this, then surely they are just as bad as the real terrorists. Two wrongs do not make a right.

People in positions of power should be teaching others how to behave not ruling them with fear.

This post has got an awful lot of plain truth in it.

Our justice system is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Why is it that people who fail to pay their council tax are imprisoned, whilst killers and rapists are released back into the community so they can re-offend?

Isn’t it about time that the laws of Britain were brought up to date?

Perhaps we should have fewer judges in silly wigs and more of a legal system that belongs to the twenty-first century. And what is the hold-up with getting more prisons built for the people who should be in them?

In other news I just finished my work on the pop up display stands. Thankfully! I never thought that it would get done. What do you think?
